Mr. Winston joined JHI in June 2006 with the merger of Jobson Publishing, LLC and Wicks Medical Information (“WMI”), for which Mr. Winston had served as Vice President of Finance since 2003. read bio
Before joining WMI, Mr. Winston spent four years at RSM, working on audit, due diligence, litigation consulting and corporate tax. Mr. Winston received a B.A. from Flagler College in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. Marc joined JHI in 1989 and has taken on many key positions in the company. After successfully launching 20/20 Europe in 1989, Marc was named editor-in-chief of 20/20 and in 1994, advanced to publisher of the magazine. read bio
Marc's forward-thinking ideas and his knowledge of new industry trends enabled him to spearhead one of the optical industry's initial ventures in web-related initiatives, launching Sightstreet and then managing VisionWeb, the industry's leading wholesale portal. Marc has served as president of JHI's worldwide Optical Group since 2005, with wide-ranging responsibilities including 20/20, Frames Data, Vision Monday, Review of Optometry, Review of Ophthalmology, Jobson Research, Jobson Internet Solutions and Jobson's international business in Europe, Latin America and Asia. His pioneering of global and web-related initiatives has proven to be key drivers in building Jobson Optical, reinforcing the group's leadership position in providing information to the optical industry.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Marc has gained industry-wide respect and forged solid relationships with major players in optical including leading manufacturers and industry associations. Michael Lemon is Senior Vice President, CME/CE Compliance for JHI and has over twenty years of experience in continuing healthcare education. He is responsible for monitoring and interpreting CME/CE regulations, establishing policies and procedures to demonstrate the corporation's intention to comply with the regulations and ethical codes promulgated by the agencies and organizations that govern the CME/CE enterprise, and training personnel to assure a strong working knowledge of CME/CE compliance. read bio
Michael has over twenty years of experience in healthcare education, and his commitment to making a difference drives his passion for advancing patient care. His extensive experience in healthcare education comes to life in his position as President of the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine in Englewood, Colorado. Michael also serves as Senior Vice President, CME/CE Compliance for Jobson Healthcare Information, where he reviews and revises policies to ensure corporate-wide regulatory compliance for the group of companies specializing in healthcare communications and medical publishing/education. Michael has been an invited speaker for numerous engagements in the areas of compliance, regulatory issues, and best practices. He is a certified Healthcare CPD Professional, past President of the National Association of Medical Education Companies, and recognized as a Fellow by the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions. Jeff began his career with JHI in September 2007. He is responsible for all back office functions within the organization. Jeff's primary focus is to evaluate and implement operational efficiencies that can improve work flow and lower expenses where feasible. Jeff is directly responsible for IT, Circulation, Creative Services, Production and Facilities. read bio
Prior to joining JHI, Jeff was Senior Vice President and General Manager for AHC Media LLC. His responsibilities at AHC Media were to oversee all day to day operations of over 45 subscription based newsletters, various loose-leaf projects, and direct marketing in excess of 7 million mail pieces annually.
In 1997, Jeff was Director of Operations for the American Health Consultants business unit of Thomson Healthcare. In 2000, he was appointed Vice President of Operations and became responsible for the development and implementation of various back office functions including Circulation, Fulfillment, Information Systems, Production and Facilities Management. In 2003, his responsibilities were expanded to include Operational Coordination for all companies within Thomson Medical Education.
Prior to joining Thomson, Jeff held various Operational and Customer-Oriented positions with LRP Publications and Automatic Data Processing.

Tammy Garcia joined the JHI team in 2015 as Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for all aspects of human resource management across JHI. She is a results-oriented professional with over 18 years of experience in corporate human resources. read bio

She is a key contributor to maintaining a corporate culture where JHI employees and the company will continue to succeed.
Prior to joining JHI, Tammy spent over five years at PDR, LLC, a former division of Thomson Reuters, as HR Director. Her previous work experience includes over 12 years of progressive human resource roles at Thomson Reuters.
